Morning Walks

As our days have been starting rather early, there's nothing like a morning walk down at the lake to inspire us.

It always begins with some breakfast for Zorro...

A stop for a family picture to prove that yes, we're all out of bed!

And then... suddenly it doesn't seem that bad to be up at this time of day.

Having woken you all up, think I'll go back to sleep now!

Life At The Lake

We've only got a couple of months left here at Boreen Pt so I thought we'd better start documenting our life here at the lake a bit. We're heading down to Sydney in August as Stephen's been offered a position in Billy Elliot the musical so we'll miss our idyllic lifestyle but we're also looking forward to many new adventures.

Anyway, here's some of our favourite activities.

Jasmine doesn't have any fear of the water and will crawl into the lake given the opportunity!

Great Grandfather's 90th Birthday

A couple of weeks ago we took a trip up to Mackay for my Grandfather's 90th Birthday. It was also a good chance to meet all the new cousins and catch up with family.

Dinner time Fun

Jasmine is loving most of the food offered to her which is good as she's now started to get herself around the house and needs the extra energy of "solid food". She's not quite crawling but it should only be a matter of days as each day has more time on hands and knees working out what it is she's supposed to do!

We went and had our immunisations today and she weighed in at 7.93kg.
